If you're referring to the results published in the German c't magazine:
I remember that NT did much better on most tests than 95. But
surprisingly, the difference was quite big (in the 30% somethings)
between both. I don't remember if they tested DOS, but I doub't it
(since Mathematica, Photoshop etc. don't run on DOS ...).
