Normal Rebel 8 >hasn't any learning system at all... Hard to say. The Rebel8 position learner (no book learner) is only active being in AUTO232. Since it is a memory resident learner learn results are immediately lost when a match is (temporarily) interrupted. I have no knowledge how SSDF test. Maybe it is different per tester. If they constantly interrupt a match after 2-3 games to use their Pc's themselves then the Rebel8 learner is worthless. However playing a 40 game match without interrupting the Rebel8 learner may gain 20-30 elo points. To make things clear, I never have made agreements with the SSDF about this. Nobody noticed this (secret) learner till I about 6 months ago revealed it myself. - Ed Schroder -
