Thats right but you must remember were most of the work is being done,
and that is the CPU. The 100 mhz bus will not speed up the chip. The
more a program uses memory, video, ect. the more advantage it will get
from the faster bus. You can see the test results at TOM'S HARDWARE
GUIDE. Search for it at yahoo or altavista. The tests were done on a P
II chip. The K6 may get a little more out of the faster bus since its
cache is tied to the bus speed. The P II cache is not bound by the bus
speed, and runs at 1/2 the mhz speed of the chip.
