Go to "Engine Parameters" and turn off the "Insufficient Material" flag. That
should deal with it.

With the "Insufficient Material" flag on, Junior assumes that a side with no
pawn, and no more than a minor or two knights cannot win. This allows Junior to
detect obvious draws in many endgames, but fails in some rare positions.
