Subject: (Off-Topic) Questions for Moderator Candidates

While this may be a little late since over 600 votes have been cast.
I myself have not voted yet and I am interested in knowing the moderator
candidates views on the following questions.

1) Would you as a candidate propose to ICD to implement any of the following;
   If not why?
a. Stopping messages from certain domain names.
b. Stopping messages from known bad user IP addresses.
c. Stopping messages with certain keywords in the Subject.
d. Stopping messages from certain keywords in the Subject body.
e. Consider the use of a software program to achieve any of the above.
f. Online archives for member access.


2) Would you as a candidate define what you think can be done at CCC
   to improve it for the use of all members. And what items you would
   again actively promote through ICD to have installed and/or implemented.
   Such as reducing the current noise ratio.
