CM 5555 has a much increased "King Safety" (100->170) which may be the
reason.
The piece values are as in MChess 7.
But it is not a "tactical idiot" that has been tuned spcifically for
this suite. It plays very good chess, at least not weaker than the
unchanged CM 5500 which is quite strong.
