The installation program may have made changes to the font and icon sizes defined in your Windows *.ini files (WIN.INI and SYSTEM.INI), or in the registry files (where you would have to use REGEDIT.EXE to make changes, in some cases). Windows is often set to make multiple backup copies of your registry files, so you could perhaps find a pre-installation registry file and restore it. This would probably wipe out your installation of Informant, but if this fixed the problem, you would know that the Informant software definitely caused the font and icon size changes, and then you take this issue up with support staff at Informant before reinstalling.
