I have played quite a lot of test games at fast time controls (15/game and under) with Hiarcs 6 (engine), and it has impressed me a lot, even against fast searchers like Fritz or Junior, and also against MChess 7, Rebel 9, Crafty... My current "Blitz WC 98" will show if this tendency will continue. (OK, I agree it *might* be different on two independent machines. But I only have these sometimes and then I prefer 40/120 games.) --- Shep
