This principal is planned for Rebel10 but not in the Power Chess way.

Unlikely we ever will program such "multi-media" things in Rebel.
Viewing pictures or movies of chess players, important events,
interviews and so on, I say yes.

But I don't believe in a Rebel like Kasparov's Gambit if you know
what I mean. I noticed that "the majority" of people (including
myself) love these kind of things right after purchase but after
a few days "the majority" put it off and never use it again.

I totally agree. This is a nice challenge. But it should be good then.
It is very difficult to program this. I remember I already had a lot
of trouble adding the NOVICE option in Rebel, not to speak about the
ELO option. Making the program stronger is one, making the program
weaker AND doing that in a decent way is an art in itself.
