Choose one of the following:

1. The right to play the macth comes from the winner of the tournament organized
by BGN-Enrique Irazoqui, as it's.

2. The right to play the match must be conceded to current world champion
Shredder

3. Same as 1 but with more programs (single CPU capability or SMP)
with at least 2600 SSDF-Rating (or whatever, put here a similar rule
of elemental justice).

4. Abstain


BTW my vote is for #2.
