Looks like most of the good ideas are already taken. If it was me, I'd be tempted to comment out most of the code in the version to be sent to Kramnik, so that the computers' play is full of weaknesses that won't be there in the final version. Then I'd do a variation of what Bob does - use assumed names at ICC to tune my real engine against human players. -g
