That's because the conditions are percieved as ridiculous judging from a
fairness point of view. That is valid no matter what remedies exist or can de
deviced.

I think that EVERYONE knows that it's possible to circumvent almost any
restrictions known to man. Almost any counteraction can be justified if you
think about it. Software piracy is proper way to deal with unreasonable pricing
and viruses is a service for customers with poor security.

In this case I don't think that the ends justifies the means. If it was truely
unfair conditions then don't sign the contract or try to change it IMO.
Individualization of moral standards is a problem.

Personally, I prefer the Bruce Moreland approach. That demands considerable
brain activity if I'm not mistaken.

No, not really.

There are probably numerous occasions where you're right in your assumption.
However, I believe that most people contemplates the consequences before
breaking any patterns. That is also brain usage.
