Hi Bruce:
Just a question: in which ass Chris has been so awful a pain, this time? Not in
mine, for sure. Nor in Ed' ass, for sure. At least not now. He has made
consistent and harsh but acceptable judgements about all this fuss related with
the tourn but I have not seen any insult againts nobody. That's all. If I am
wrong, please correct me.

Yes, he was banned years ago, but, how much time he must stay so? It was a
perpetual ban? And he should change his way, sayings and style in order to be
pardoned? I do not believe that is fair. I do not believe moderation consist in
trying that people fits certain style. You are a moderator, not a tutor.

I agree that he could become a pain in the ass for all hands, but I believe we
should wait that happens again, if happens. This idea to punish before the crime
in order to avoid the eventual crime is enterily new to me. As much as posts are
acceptable, they must stay AND also his author. If he is not anymore acceptable,
then he can be banned again, BUT then for new crimes, not for the old ones and
the probability he will sin again.

What's more, the so called venenous way of writting that Chris suposedly
cultivates has at least the virtue of being open and clear, besides being witty
and always to the core. He is almost ever a fresh new vision even if you -and me
many times- does not like it. You maybe will say there is nothing new and fresh
because Chris always comes to attack somebody, right, but even so it is amusing
the way he does so. That is a lot of a benefit. You know, sometimes this place
goes to the very fringe of death because of boredom and platitudes. Chris is a
kind of a brutal surgeon with expertisse to cure that ailment.

Of course you does not think this way, but I could not coerce myself not to tell
you this.

My best

Fernando
