Having kramnik's games is different than having kramnik himself. The programmers cannot buy kramnik and only kramnik games. Kramnik can get games of Junior against Fritz and I think it is enough information and clearly more than the information that kasparov got about Deeper blue. Giving kramnik the program and not only the 24 games of the match Junior0Fritz gives kramnik a clearly unfair advantage and humans should get this advantage only after humans lose against computers at fair conditions. Kramnik is clearly favourite at fair conditions so I believe that if he does not say that he disagree to get the program a lot of chess players are going to dislike him. I think that kramnik can earn a lot of respect from chess players if he says that he refuse to get the program before the match because it is unfair. Uri
