I'm not sure if I want to get any more chess programs, as I was only ever
interested in chess programs as a means to an end, and I can't wait forever.
But if I WOULD get one more generation, I would like to say very clearly that,
CM especially should be clearly the strongest CM yet, as well as the best CM yet
in all functional ways.
Beauty is nice, but purity from bugs and problems is much more important, and
NOT that new advances should become counterproductive.
There are still a few things that are even more behind, today, than before the
industrial revolution, and certainly there are things which were even better
about XT, or AT computers, or even simple pentium, or simple MMX than the
succsesors of all these things.
I've even heard that LP's or even 72's are more realistic and life-like than
music on CD's. That's just INCREDIBLE!
