Subject: IM Larry Kaufman's "Solutions" in CCR Test

Author: Dana Turnmire

I checked out a few of the "solutions" given in the One Hour CCR Test with
Nunn's Chess Openings (I was building an opening book with MCO14 but found so
many errors I gave up) and have not found one yet that is "incorrect."

#5 Solution 5...e5 NCO suggests that "with counterplay."

#6 Solution 5...Bxc3+ NCO gives no other option.

#8 Solution 6.d5 NCO gives that as the only option which gives white an
advantage.

  #13 Solution Avoid 5...Nxe4 correct.

#16 Solution 7...d5 All other moves give white a clear advantage.

If anyone has found any solutions that are wrong it would be interesting to
know about them. Obviously a non-master would have little say as to whether
they are right or wrong.
