Well... When I think about this, I think I would say it is the opposite.

It is an honor for me to capture the attention of so many people, you included,
who are spending a lot of time (really, for some of them it's thousands of
hours) experimenting with my program. The first of them are the beta testers.
They have really worked hard this year. You can see their names in the credit
list in the "about" box.

It is sometimes a bit embarassing for me to see that some people are spending so
much time experimenting with the Tigers. Will I be able to send back all the
sympathy I receive? How? I'm wondering.

Probably the best I can do is trying to improve my program as much as I can.
Knowing that there are people out there anxious to see if the Tigers have
progressed or not is of course an additional motivation for me.

That's right. Many people send me games or positions where the Tigers did not
perform well. I'm always wondering if they are going to be disappointed if the
next version does not do better. Because, obviously, I cannot fix all the
problems in a snap, so in the next version there will still be unresolved known
problems...

It is true the documentation is not perfect. However in case of problem I would
advice you to go the Rebel forum. There you can ask questions, and most of the
time the question is answered by another customer before the tech support guy
has even got a chance to read it.
