Just to clarify, else the above post concerning 'bankruptcy' is in danger of
being misleading ....

The company in liquidation is actually called:

"Mind Sports Organisation Worldwide Limited"

It shares some initials with "Mind Sports Olympiad" but perhaps should not be
confused with it.

As far as I am aware from available documentation there is also a "Mind Sports
Olympiad Limited", and one of the associated directors has told me there is also
a "4th Mind Sports Olympiad Limited". The latter item can be checked by a search
at Companies House, London, who would be able to confirm whether or not it
actually exists.

I would presume that the key factor in being able to organise a "Mind Sports
Olympiad" is ownership of the Intellectual Property Rights giving the right to
use the names "Mind Sports Olympiad" and "MSO" or any derivative or
representation thereof.
