Oh swell.

Are Chessfun's CM tournaments illegal now?

How about the dozens of other CM tournaments strewn about the web like
snowflakes in a breeze?

Tell your legal department that they are a bunch of ...
Never mind.  They'll probably sue.

Look how it turned out for others who said, "You can't use my program in
tournaments."

Not as well as those that allow it.

It doesn't matter greatly to me.  There will always be freely available programs
that I can play with as I choose.

It looks like cowardice and smells like cutting off your nose to spite your
face.
