Why is 56...Kh5 losing? After a3 the King has to return as it can't progress and
must support one of the pawns, and neither can white progress because black can
defend all its pawns. As soon as white moves its knight black will exchange with
the bishop.

I think the web went wrong with 59...b5? as now black has three single pawns to
defend against the with tandem at a and b.
