When perpetual check is involved, it's better to have the complete game score.
If you can post the PGN of this game, other DS owners can try if the problem is
reproduceable better (as far as I can tell from the previous replies, it's not
reproduceable from the EPD position, so I didn't try it myself).

Which tablebases have been used?
