Added the 400 Mhz to the Rebel Bench Mark.

It looks all very promising. The gain as usual will differ from program
to program. I think Rebel will profit a lot.

I read on Tom's hardware page the little animal costs only $4500 :(
After a lot disappointing years they finally have something special
and now they want the big bucks. Hope AMD will soon release a compe-
titive processor and the price can drop to normal.
