I think (I know) he just thinks it has become silly and boring. I visited him in Berlin a few weeks ago; and 'visited' CCC from his PC. He uses Explorer, so the read messages appear in purple, and the unread in blue. There were two purple read messages out of maybe the usual fifty or sixty current. I clicked on 'next group of messages' - there were no read messages. I was surprised (since I was assuming he still read), and asked him - he said there was no point in reading anymore, it was too boring - so he did his tournament and posted the results - that was it. > >It's not just a one way street you know. But this was a guy who was manically absorbed in computer chess, and still is as regards testing programs. His read-policy surprised me. Just thought I'ld share it with you. > >Mogens.
