You're missing the inferred logic:

1) Deep Blue can beat Kasparov.
2) Diep is way better than Deep Blue.
3) Diep is way better than Kasparov.
4) If Kasparov had any sense, he wouldn't be ducking a match with DB, he'd be
ducking a match with Diep. -->
