John,

 I am sure a lot of people will give you slack for including the precise verbage
of the letter. I myself have thought about it and since words are defined by
humans, how can we be afraid of any word? If the word "hate" is not a swear word
than why any other? Is any word any worse an idea than the word "hate"? This
stems from conservative thinking that by not allowing certain words in our
language we can somehow control the tone of a message. Well if thats the case
than the word "hoochie" "beaver" "kill" " murder" "drive-by" " screw" "bang" "
and umpteen others should be considered profane as well.
