Well you're the programmer so you know the best what is in
Rebel if you say so we believe this.

This means that rebel is simply lacking a lot of stuff like mobility,
and that you didn't work too hard on pawn structure.

Why does Rebel show so much differences in evaluation AFTER
you make some pawn moves in for example game II DB-Kasparov?
