I do not know
I believe that almost every programmer of a program that is not free
is willing to sell his(her) program if people pay enough.

It is possible that bruce is an exception but my guess is that he
is not an exception to the rule so I guess that he is willing to sell
Ferret if people suggest the right price.

My guess may be wrong but it is a logical guess.
