Several hours ago, I posted a purely-guesswork estimate that it would take "several hundred thousand hours, or even a couple million hours." Sounds like I was in the ballpark! (I use a 1.2 GHz Athlon, so your 2.3 million hours would become just over 1.5 million hours on my system.)
