Um.  No.  I don't have a special case, or a special power supply.  They are both
basic ATX components.

The memory is $7 more every 256MB for the AMD.  The mobo is $75 more.  The CPU's
are about the same.  So like I said, no more than $200 more.

It is.  And so is IDE.  But it's MUCH cheaper.
