So what you would do is type "tell mamer Set TourneyInfo On" to receive tourney announcements, then type "+channel 49" followed by a "tell 49 we want to enter a computer tourney at HH:MM" I guess a good way to set one up is to post on ICC with something like, "Hey guys! Let's all go play in a tourney on FICS on perhaps MM/DD/YY at HH:MM!" Then when enough people agree, you all login and set it up in channel 49. Voila! You have a tourney!
