I considered CCT may be affected and then quickly changed my mind. Many of the authors and authorized operators of the CCT tournaments would not even be interested in such events. Much of the interest in the CCTs lies in the communication and interaction the authors can have with one another during the event. But... There are many operators that are unable to join the CCTs because they are not authors and do not have authorization. This would allow those individuals to also participate. I have no doubt that what I am trying to plan here will be on far less of a scale than any CCT. However, it should be enjoyable and interesting for many. And hey.... I'll make sure HIARCS 8 beta is there...
