Looks like you're right about the iPAQ but quite wrong about the N64--it has an R4000, which is definitely 64-bit. There were WinCE devices that had variants of the R4000 but looks like Microsoft stopped supporting them. Anyway, the point is that n-bit CPUs are not hard to make. -Tom
