Not only is there a technical issue in upgrading to XP, Now there are additional technical issues to get the product activated. We have a departmental firewall. The campus has a border firewall. The hospital side has their own firewall. We are looking at this pretty carefully right now, in fact, and are seriously considering whether windows has a place in our labs or not. It's an interesting question.
