Yes, I did not agree with you. That's not only me -- Bob Hyatt also don't agree
with you. And I believe nobody can name him MS lover.

When you are out of your technical arguments, you are going to legal ones. Ok,
but let's wait for the Appeal and/or Supreme Court decision on the *entire*
case.
