(Un)Install programs are great -- *PROVIDED THEY WORK PROPERLY*. I love them, except when whoever programmed them did something braindead, in which case I hate them, because it's much more difficult to find all the stupid things distributed throughout the registry than it is to just blow away a directory tree or two.
