By the "best" program i mean: one of the top 5 progs ("best" because they are so
close)

The whole point is: if anyone could beat the comp at under those conditions,
without anticomp. We have already seen that players of all levels can beat the
comps at blitz using anti comp play, but i have yet to see anyone here do the
same not using anti comp under tournament conditions using fast hardware.
