Also, file systems have to be considered, if you are running a new install of WinXp I would be suprised if you have FAt32 on you machine at all, which means you would NOT be able to run it since the boot disk would not see the NTFS partitions at all. Now, if you have a FAT32 partition or a FAT16 one then you could use a boot disk. UGH.
