hm well, I am not sure, but I think it can be described like that:

That black bishop can't control a field before the white pawn to stop it from
advancing and control it's own pawn at the same time... if that would be
possible, black would win... because it's king could either get the white pawn
without loosing it's own or it's own could promote... how about that one ?
