Again, the definition of attack, in combination with the FIDE Laws of Chess, do
not classify the white king as being in check, as he is not attacked.

The definition of attack in chess is, "to threaten with immediate capture", and
the knight is certainly not doing that. The knight can't move, so it obviously
can't threaten to capture a piece. That, as far as I can tell, is the only thing
that is crystal clear in this discussion.
