This problem brings me back to when I was a beginner in chess. I often got positions where I felt that it was unfair that i could not do a "check back" move. To explain, if my opponent checks my king, why shouldn't one of my legal responses be to check his king back, then - if he captures my king - I will capture his king back, a sort of draw situation. I wonder how chess would be played with this rule :) Best regards Andreas Stabel
