I had a similiar problem, and since nobody in this forum knew the answer, I had to contact my 'boys from da hood', in order to come to a satisfactory solution. My problem was with 3 corrupted tablebase files. It may well be you have the same problem. Try to load the engines without using tablebases. If it loads, then the problem was one of the tablebases. The problem is either a corrupted tablebase file or one of the engine files. Good luck.
