White has one really good plan. And it's a fairly unusual one for the Sicilian.
16. b4 with the plan to dislodge the knight from protecting the e5 square. And
black has oly one good reply 16... Nf8 to defend the king. 16... b6 is met by
17. Bb5 and 16. a6 is roughly the same after 17. a4.
