Well it is possible to do it another way. We could link our computers via ip and
then relay the moves to ICC. Rebel plays fine via the auto232 adapter. It is
possible.

My internet connection is just fine. I have Server Teir II Cable. It hasn't
dropped a connection in months.

It is possible to do this via the internet.
