That's what i read from Peter Berger,Dann Corbit and many others as well. Still it's quite unproven/untested compared to Yace, if you know what I mean.I prefer to wait several months, and see. Sometimes I wonder if the reputation of a ametuer chess engine is based more on hearsay than anything.. But when I start reading posts from ordinary chessplayers (generally caring little about chess engines) asking about Yace , I know Yace have arrived.. Nejmet is not yet at this level. >>By testing do we mean testing with the newest hardware the Athlon 1.2 Ghz? >>Otherwise I already see Goliath on the list.. > > Sorry for that. I didn't see it. No problem. the one tested is "Goliath Light", that's one of the Young talents i think, so it's a old version..and not the latest 1.5 version or even "Goliaht Blitz" I'm so puzzled by some calls for SSDf to test Comet, which I think is already on the list, but it's a old version.. Personally I would prefer testing New ameteurs rather than newer versions of test programmed. >>Aaron > > José C.
