Hooray Shredder whipped The King !
or
Hooray The King was whipped by Shredder !!

The King played at top strength in the most favorable circumstances while
Shredder wasn't.

80 games ain't much to say something conclusive but the result is conclusive :

Thanks to T.DchenkA for the tip about this combination of adapters.

I'm happy I won't need to doubt anymore about using the King or not.
The reason is that I hate to keep the huge CM8000 files on my hard disk just to
extract the OPK number in order to run The King in other GUI's while the superb
Shredder UCI GUI is just a few MB all told.

It also implies that the way my current OS is set up reflects the true strength
of chess programs. Shredder won all championships while the King team, because
of commercial reasons, refused to take part in them in order not to lose their
repute.

Shredder deserves the title "King of Progs" and my OS is A-OK
I toiled over my OS more than 2 years and I would't dream about reverting to
WindoZe or another Linux/QNX-like OS
