Wouldn't this have to be the free Shredder 6.02 engine for Chessbase?
(see the downloads section --> Shredder 6)

Granted, one must have some version of a CB product to use it, but
even so... this is the engine that won at Paderborn, no?

And there is a UCI version as well.
