It's interesting that Junior twice had the chance to repeat the position, but didn't do it: 23...Ba2 (...Bg4 was played), also 25.Rc7 would have been a repetition but Junior played Rab8. Usually, a program will take the chance of a repetition if it evaluates itself worse. I don't know the setting and Junior's evaluations, but while watching the game I thought Junior must be optimistic if it avoids those moves mentioned. I always hoped Junior would launch a king attack, eventually sacrificing the queenside pawns, while too many of Gulko's pieces - so it seemed to me - were at the queenside... Maybe next time (when Junior will have White). If you had the final position with Black in a correspondence game, would you offer or accept a draw, or continue? Regards, M.Scheidl
