Hard to advise on this one:o) Fritz 6 is the strongest professional programme
out there  under 30$ US about 25$ US if I'm not mistaken.

I believe ICD is sold out, and the only place I see online to buy it is
Chessbase.

It's 25.50 Euros, so that's cheap! Fritz 7 is probably 50 pts. stronger and is
50.99 Euros, about 50$ US.
