Bruce,

If you are anything like me,  it will be a lot harder to take action
when it is personal because it appears to be revenge or getting even.

However I really don't think deleting this post and warning him is
an unreasonable course of action.  There will of course be a few who
think it is  but no matter what you do this will be the case, I don't
really care, I'm more interested in just doing what I was voted to
do.
