I would err on the side of caution.  Let's say half a yellow card, or a warning
that could lead to a yellow card or something, maybe.  I would have no
compunction against bouncing a post with bad language in it.  But that
particular post should not be half way to official banning.  Now, if he posted
the stuff that he does on r.g.c.c, it would be a different story.  But somehow,
he knows how to contain himself here, to a degree.  Why not let him discover the
joy that comes from an honest attempt at intelligent discourse in this venue?
Then he might alter his conduct on r.g.c.c.

Or not.  I can always hope.  I don't think that the person in question is beyond
all reason.  I think it is a young person without a lot of experience and may
very well mature (utter speculation, of course).
